We are looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk Receptionist) to be the friendly face of our practice and an essential part of our support team.
What You'll Do:
Be the first friendly face patients interact with—greeting them with warmth and professionalism in person and on the phone Manage the front desk —checking in patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone lines, managing paperwork, communicating with providers and processing payments Keep things running smoothly —Maintain well-organized patient records, accurately enter and update information, and ensure all documentation is handled with care and confidentiality. Act as a key liaison between patients and providers , facilitating clear communication to help coordinate appointments, relay important details, and ensure a seamless experience for everyone. Problem-solve in the moment —adapting to patient needs and clinic priorities with confidence and composure. Solution focused and able to make every patient interaction a positive one. Create a welcoming environment — Set the tone for a positive patient experience by keeping the lobby clean, organized, and inviting. Support the team — Be a team player by stepping in where needed, whether that's assisting with administrative tasks, helping a colleague problem-solve, or ensuring that daily operations run efficiently. Work collaboratively with providers and staff to deliver the best possible patient care, fostering a supportive and uplifting work environment. What We're Looking For A fast learner who is adaptable and eager to take on new challenges and retain information A resourceful problem solver and critical thinker who can think on their feet and find solutions in the moment while maintaining composure and professionalism Someone who is reliable and consistent in their punctuality and attendance . It is critical that the Patient Care Coordinator arrives on time as they are the first interaction with patients Someone with a patient-first mindset , ensuring every interaction is smooth, supportive, and positive A warm, friendly communicator who makes patients feel valued and at ease A team player with a positive, can-do attitude —someone who enjoys working with others and contributing to a supportive culture Prior customer/patient service experience is a must . Prior medical reception is preferred , though we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
