Full Time (weekend and Holiday rotation)Pay:
17.70-19.90/hour based on experience. Touchmark on West Prospect is the Fox Valley's leading full-service retirement community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents and their families through engaging programs, hospitality, and connection. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and lead activities that bring excitement, purpose, and joy to our Assisted Living residents.Why You'll Love This Role:

Plan, schedule, and facilitate daily programs, social events, classes, and excursions that promote wellness across all dimensions — physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual. Encourage participation and foster community engagement among residents. Coordinate special events, intergenerational programs, and outings. Partner with Dining Services and other departments for community celebrations and theme events. Document attendance, participation, and feedback to continuously improve programming. Assist with recruitment of volunteers and outside entertainment.What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in recreation, hospitality, or human services preferred. Experience planning and leading activities in a senior living, hospitality, or recreational setting. Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
