Front Desk Patient Coordinator - Baxter Dental Center (Baraboo, WI) 35 hours per week | Monday-Friday Baxter Dental Center is a friendly, patient-focused dental office in Baraboo, and we're looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team. As the first smile our patients see and the first voice they hear, you play a huge role in creating a positive experience. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive Answer phones, manage messages, and schedule appointments Assist with insurance information and patient billing questions Collect payments and help patients understand their financial responsibilities Support the clinical team with administrative tasks and paperwork Keep the front desk organized and the day running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, professional communication and a calm, positive attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and dental software Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy times Prior front desk/medical/dental experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Why Join Baxter Dental Center?
