If you are a driven and proven clinical leader who enjoys coaching team members, this might be the role for you! The position will be ideal for someone with a passion for providing quality clinical services to patients and their families. Your focus would be on the following: Provide clinical and administrative oversight and program direction, in collaboration with the management team. Provide various outpatient SUD & Mental Health services with the goal of patient recovery. Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies. Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment. Provide SUD & Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services. Complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines. Complete any additional tasks needed to provide quality services to clients. Provide clinical direction and supervision to the clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided. Responsible for the oversight of intake department operations internally and in coordination with referral sources. Monitor DHS licensing requirements to ensure agency integrity and develop and maintain documentation. Direct and assist clear communication with billing and insurance claims and referral sources. Provide treatment planning, coordination and collaboration with outside providers, clear discharge planning, and staffing with medical and psychiatric care, when appropriate. Supervise clinical and administrative staff to ensure all DHS requirements, when applicable, are being met. Represent WisHope as part of the management team at training, meetings, and other community events.Benefits
