A Clinical Supervisor or Manager supervises staff and manages services in a clinical program. May provide clinical supervision for nursing, counseling or home health care staff. Works to ensure quality patient care. Trains and develops clinical staff and manages clinical program budgets.
Rotating Shift | Full-Time How you'll make an impact in this role Assess daily patient access needs and ensure that appropriate patient care is provided. Provideoversight involving all aspects of nursing department operations. Deliver quality patient care and ensure implementation of clinical objectives. Delegate appropriate duties to clinical staff based on their assessed skills and abilities, maintaining proficiencies related to job functions and processes through ongoing monitoring of daily operations. Participate with ongoing quality initiatives, auditing projects and development of plans forimprovement. Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. Registration:
