Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 7:30am - 5:00pm and Wednesday 7:30-2:00pm About Us Wagner Integrative Health is a growing functional medicine practice dedicated to helping patients uncover the root cause of their health concerns and achieve optimal wellness. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment. Position Overview We are seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our team as the first point of contact for our patients. This individual will play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience while managing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our clinic running smoothly. This role will receive training in both our call center and front desk operations and rotate between both. Warmly greet and check in patients, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries. Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up visits. Collect and verify patient demographic information, forms, and payments at check-in. Demonstrate knowledge of clinic procedures and provide accurate information to patients. Process incoming/outgoing faxes and laboratory results, ensuring proper organization and distribution. Perform general office duties to support the clinical team. Uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and clinic policies. Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in healthcare or a medical office preferred, but not required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and phone etiquette. A proactive, dependable team player with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
