Provides individual and group supervision to all licensed clinical staff in accordance with Federal, State, and CARF regulations and standards. Aids in the development of policies and procedures related to clinical services within the clinic. Ensures the clinic complies with all federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, regulations, and CARF guidelines related to medication-assisted treatment of opioid addiction. Participates in outreach activities as an integral part of the position. Maintains a smaller caseload to stay actively engaged in counseling practice. Ensures a high level of patient care by regularly conducting documentation reviews, audits, and providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery models, and MAT principles. Familiarity with federal, state, and CARF regulations for opioid treatment programs. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Proficient in clinical documentation and electronic health records. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Committed to patient confidentiality and ethical standards. Able to participate in outreach and community engagement. Physically able to move around the clinic and lift at least 25 lbs.

Qualifications:

A current credential of any of the following in the

State of Wisconsin:

Intermediate/Independent Clinical Supervisor (ICS), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Preferably (not required) also holds a current Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC), Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) Associate's degree or higher in Human Services or a related field from an accredited college or university required. Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, but not required. Prior leadership or management experience in a substance abuse treatment or mental health setting preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience in substance abuse or mental health counseling preferred

Work Hours:

This is a full-time, exempt position. Hours are Monday-Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm; however, flexibility is required to meet the needs of the clinic and staff. Saturdays and Sundays 5:45am-9:15am on a rotating basis
