We are searching for an experienced and compassionate healthcare leader to oversee our Wellness Department and support the highest standards of resident care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring teams, building relationships, and ensuring quality care for every resident. What You'll Do Oversee daily resident care operations and clinical services. Lead assessments, care planning, and resident wellness initiatives. Ensure compliance with assisted living regulations, policies, and licensing requirements. Manage staffing, team development, and employee training. Coordinate care with residents, families, physicians, and community partners. Review incident reports, clinical documentation, and quality improvement initiatives. Promote a resident-centered culture focused on dignity, respect, and exceptional service. Partner with community leadership to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of assisted living, senior living, or healthcare experience. Leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively. CPR certification as required. Commitment to delivering exceptional care and creating positive resident experiences.
