Job Description
Job Summary Stone Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated, part-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our close-knit, patient-centered clinic. This role is primarily focused on front-office operations, but we are willing to train the right person to become a Certified Chiropractic Technician (CT) who will then assist with therapies as needed. We are looking for a reliable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and anticipates the needs of our clinic. As a vital team player, you are always ready to adapt to daily patient needs, tackle unexpected tasks, and collaborate with coworkers to ensure our office runs smoothly.
Duties Patient Experience :
Greet patients and visitors warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, guide patients through intake and follow-up paperwork, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth patient experienceScheduling & Phones :
Manage incoming phone lines, answer patient questions, and coordinate patient scheduling to optimize daily clinic flow Financial management : Collect patient co-pays, process daily payments, and verify health insurance benefits with high attention to detailAdministrative Support :
Maintain front desk files and paperwork, handle daily office correspondence, execute standard office operations (filing, printing, copying, shredding, etc), and provide basic assistance with the clinic's social media accountsGeneral Office Maintenance :
Perform basic daily cleaning and tidying of office space/ restroom/treatment rooms, laundry management, and room sanitationClinical Modality Administration :
When certified, perform Chiropractic Technician tasks such as applying therapeutic modalities including e-stim, cold laser, and ultrasoundExperience Education & Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent is required . Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is required . Previous experience working in a Chiropractic office is preferredTechnical Skills :
Must be capable of learning and becoming highly proficient in a variety of unique, specialized computer programsCertification :
Active Wisconsin State Chiropractic Technician (CT) certification is preferred Compensation is competitive, commensurate with experience, and will be discussed during the interview process. Schedule is semi-flexible, mostly evenings, but Wednesdays & Thursdays 1:45-6:45pm are fixed.Additional Benefits:
