100% FTE, Monday - Friday, typically 8:00am - 4:30pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI. Be part of something remarkable Come join our nursing leadership team. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: Direct the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care programs. Lead the day to day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services. Direct and evaluate the departments workforce, in terms of staff scheduling and performance. Prepare and administer revenue budget, operating budget, volume projections, and oversight for FTE's. Qualifications Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN), Required Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred Work Experience Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. Required Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area. Preferred Licenses & Certifications RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin. Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required Certification in relevant specialty.
