The successful candidate will share our commitment to delivering exceptional client service, outstanding veterinary care, and a positive work environment for our team. In partnership with the Chief of Staff, the Hospital Manager plays a key role in driving the productivity, profitability, and growth of the hospital while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, leadership development, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing operational oversight of the hospital and daily workflow Leading and developing our technician and client service teams Managing financial performance, budgets, payroll, inventory, and key performance indicators Supporting business development and hospital growth initiatives Monitoring client satisfaction and implementing strategies to strengthen client loyalty Training and coaching team members to deliver exceptional client service Collaborating with doctors and department leaders to support quality patient care and operational excellence Recruiting, onboarding, developing, and retaining top talent Facility maintenance Qualifications We are seeking a leader who combines strong business acumen with hands-on veterinary technical experience.Preferred Qualifications:
