This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your exceptional customer service skills, medical administrative expertise, and knowledge of dental and medical billing systems. As a vital member of our clinic, you will coordinate patient appointments, manage electronic health records, and support clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care. Duties Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify insurance information, and assist with patient intake processes. Schedule appointments efficiently using clinic management software, ensuring optimal patient flow. Manage electronic health records (EHR systems), using Eaglesoft and Digital Intelligence(DI), maintaining accurate documentation review and updates. Collect payments and perform medical collections while adhering to HIPAA guidelines for confidentiality. Coordinate with clinical staff regarding treatment plans, referrals and documentation review to support billing accuracy. Answer multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette; provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries promptly. Maintain organized medical records, file documents securely, and perform clerical tasks such as data entry with high accuracy using Microsoft Office tools. Requirements Proven experience in a dental or medical front desk setting with clinic experience preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person; bilingual abilities are a plus. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies to ensure compliance at all times. Strong organizational skills with clerical experience in filing, data entry, and health information management. Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
