Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Patient Care Coordinator to oversee patient care coordination for our physical therapy services, manage front desk operations for our gym, and drive membership sales. This role requires a compassionate leader with strong interpersonal skills, a knack for multitasking, and a passion for promoting health and wellness. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional patient and member experience while contributing to the operational success of both the physical therapy clinic and gym. Key Responsibilities Patient Care Management (Physical Therapy)
  • Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, managing treatment plans, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Monitor patient progress and follow up to ensure satisfaction and adherence to therapy plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Handle patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide empathetic support to enhance the patient experience.
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Front Desk Supervision (Gym)
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including greeting members, answering phones, and managing check-ins.
  • Supervise front desk and technical staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk and gym entrance area.
  • Manage inventory for front desk supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed. Membership Sales
  • Sell point of service gym memberships to prospective members, highlighting the benefits of our facilities, programs, and services.
  • Conduct tours of the gym for potential members, addressing their questions and tailoring membership options to their needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly membership sales goals and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost member retention and engagement, such as referral programs or special promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive membership growth. General Duties
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment for patients, members, and staff.
  • Collaborate with physical therapy and gym teams to align operations and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on patient care metrics, front desk performance, and membership sales for leadership review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in physical therapy, fitness, and customer service to improve processes and offerings. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in patient care coordination, healthcare administration, or customer-facing roles (physical therapy setting a plus).
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally managing a small team.
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy operations and patient care workflows (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems, scheduling software, and CRM tools.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and basic insurance billing processes.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move throughout the gym and clinic as needed. Compensation & Benefits

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
