Join Our Team as a Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator About Us Advanced Retina is a leading ophthalmology practice with offices in Greenfield, Pewaukee, and Mequon Wisconsin. We specialize in providing cutting-edge diagnostic tests and treatments for complex retinal conditions. Dr. Vogel, Dr. Agranat, and Dr. Adams are highly trained retina specialists, dedicated to delivering comprehensive medical and surgical care for conditions such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears, macular holes, vitreous floaters, and retinal detachment. We proudly serve patients from southeastern Wisconsin and beyond.
Position:
Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our growing team as an Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator. No prior ophthalmic experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate! You will have the opportunity to learn specialized skills and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities Greeting patients Answering and managing phones Scheduling appointments Registering and checking-in patients Collecting and verifying insurance information Communicating with insurance supervisors Collecting payments Maintaining patient flow on clinic and surgical days Maintaining accurate patient information in the electronic medical record Data entry Communicating with outside physician offices Streamlining office operations What We're Looking For Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask. Ability to work well in a team environment. Proficiency with computers is preferred. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
