Role Overview Position:
Dental Insurance Specialist /
Patient Coordinator Schedule:
In office, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Core Duties Insurance & Billing:
Verify benefits, calculate copays, submit claims, manage accounts receivable, and resolve denials.
Patient Care:
Present treatment plans, explain financial costs, offer financing, and discuss in-house membership plans.
Front Desk:
Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments as needed.
Requirements & Benefits Experience:
2+ years of dental insurance billing and treatment presentation; proficiency with dental software like Dentrix Eaglesoft or Open Dental.
