Dietary Manager - South Range, WI Middle River Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dietary Manager to join our team in South Range, WI. As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their individual needs. Role:
As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the dietary services provided to our residents.This includes:
Assisting the facility's dietitian in developing and implementing recommended changes to menus and meal plans Supervising the preparation and serving of meals, including therapeutic diets and modified consistency meals Maintaining accurate records and reports, including food intake and nutritional screening data Supervising and training dietary staff, including conducting performance evaluations and coaching for improvement Developing and implementing sanitation and quality control procedures to ensure a safe and clean food service environmentRequirements:
Minimum of 18 years of age with good moral character ServSafe certification desired Prior work experience in a healthcare environment, sufficient enough to meet position requirements Knowledge of state and federal regulations Ability to organize, plan, and work autonomously Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Experience with healthcare menu planning software Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients, families, and other facility staff on a daily basis Maintains a positive attitude and a special interest working with long-term care patientsWhy Join Our Team:
