Job Description
Summary Responsible for the overall function of large clinic operations; providing leadership in the development and implementation of uniform clinic operations. This position does not perform patient care. Primary Responsibilities Provide direction and oversight in the creation and maintenance of uniform and consistent clinic activities, including patient flow tracking, medical records administration and meeting the needs of clinic providers. Coordinate and facilitate patient flow between clinics and ancillary services within the department. Provide direct supervision to clinic support staff. Responsible for hiring, evaluation and progressive disciplinary processes and merit increases. Ensure administrative policies and procedures are compliant with MCW standards and HIPPA regulations. Receive and manage patient complaints. Act as a liaison to national organizations to maximize continuing education programs for clinic staff. Routinely communicate with program managers and participate in department meetings and committees. Participate in special projects as needed. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge

5 years Physical Requirements Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. Work Environment Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. Sensory Acuity Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required.
