Position Overview:
We are seeking Licensed Graduate Social Workers (LGSW), Licensed Certified Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to join our team as Therapist/Behavioral Health Care Managers . In this role, you will provide psychotherapy, group therapy, and collaborative care management to residents in need.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of residents. Facilitate collaborative care management by coordinating with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other team members. Address the mental health needs of residents with chronic severe mental illness, substance use disorders, depression, and major neurocognitive disorders. Develop and implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities. Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Qualifications:
Current LGSW, LCSW, or LICSW licensure in West Virginia. Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution preferred but not required. Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with chronic severe mental illness and major neurocognitive disorders. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
