Financial Oversight:

Assist in budgeting and financial planning to ensure the hospital remains financially viable while delivering high-quality patient care.

Compliance:

Ensure the hospital complies with all local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards.

Patient Care:

Work to improve patient care services, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to long-term planning and development to enhance hospital services and facilities.

Community Relations:

Maintain positive relationships with the community, including patients, families, and local organizations.

Quality Improvement:

Work in conjunction with Quality and Performance Improvement directors to implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Performs management responsibilities including but not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Light Work:

Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs. o Several years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of leadership and operational success. o Minimum of 5 years work experience in a clinical or healthcare leadership setting with budget, fiscal and oversight accountabilities, or equivalent combination of experience and education. o Must have prior management experience in healthcare, clinical or administrative setting, strong analytical and project management skills, and ability to drive and implement change, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
