The Nurse Manager, under the Nurse Director's guidance, oversees all unit functions, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. Coordinates staffing, admission processes, and surge plans in collaboration with leadership and House Supervisors. Monitors compliance with regulatory standards and manages resources effectively. Leads staff development, onboarding, and ongoing education, promoting professionalism and certification achievement. Addresses issues, manages stressful situations professionally, and fosters a positive, service-oriented environment aligned with ICARE values. Supports employee and physician engagement, manages schedules, and ensures service excellence. Requires at least 3 years of clinical experience, RN licensure, Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred), and leadership/management experience. This is a full-time, full-benefit role located at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital.
