Shift:
Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri Shape the future of substance use disorder care at Chapa-De by leading a program that expands access, strengthens teams, and supports whole-person healing.
Salary:
$104,200- $121,950 full time annual salary.
Benefit Highlights:

Duties:
Oversee daily program operations and staff supervision Advance trauma-informed, culturally responsive care Drive quality improvement, audits, and grant performance Collaborate with medical, behavioral health, and community partners
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.); or equivalent experience. Two (2) years' experience in healthcare or education related program or department. Healthcare administration, behavioral health and/or substance use disorders experience. Familiarity with grant funded programs and grant application processes. Supervisory experience or experience managing a program. Computer proficiency in a variety of applications and programs including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Electronic Health Records. Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and DMV printout.
