Job Description

Healthcare Project Manager - San Francisco We are working with a nationally recognised, design-led architecture practice to appoint a Healthcare Project Manager for their San Francisco studio. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, people-focused environment where teams are structured to give individuals real visibility, responsibility, and exposure across both project delivery and the wider business. The studio offers the support of a larger practice, combined with the culture and agility of a smaller, close-knit team. The Role You will take a lead role in delivering healthcare projects, acting as the primary point of contact between the client, consultants, contractor, and internal team. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully, maintaining strong relationships, and overseeing performance across all stages. Responsibilities Lead project delivery from concept through construction Act as the main liaison between client, consultants, and contractor Oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall performance Interpret contract documents and guide project execution Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project risks Requirements Proven experience delivering healthcare projects Strong project management and client-facing skills Ability to lead teams and coordinate complex project environments Solid understanding of construction documentation and delivery processes Comfortable operating across all project phases Why Apply Join a well-regarded, design-led practice with a strong reputation nationally Work within a collaborative, people-first studio environment Gain exposure to both project delivery and the broader business Play a key role in shaping and delivering meaningful healthcare projects Salary range: $100,000 - $160,000 (dependent on experience) Applicants must be authorised to work in the United States.
