Hospital & Healthcare Construction Position Overview A leading general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Executive with healthcare construction expertise to lead and grow its healthcare division across the Bay Area. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing multiple hospital and medical facility projects, driving financial performance, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has deep experience with complex healthcare projects (OSHPD/HCAI) and a strong network within the California healthcare construction market. Key Responsibilities Executive Leadership & Project Oversight Provide executive oversight of multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Healthcare & Regulatory Expertise Ensure compliance with healthcare construction requirements governed by California Department of Health Care Access and Information. Oversee inspection processes, documentation, and regulatory coordination. Guide teams through complex

requirements and approvals. Financial & Operational Management Maintain P&L responsibility across multiple projects or a regional portfolio. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and risk management. Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices. Client Relations & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare systems, developers, and stakeholders. Lead pursuit strategies, proposals, and presentations to win new work. Leverage an existing Bay Area network to expand the company's healthcare presence. Preconstruction & Strategy Provide strategic input during estimating, value engineering, and constructability phases. Support project pursuits and long-term business planning. Qualifications 15+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on healthcare projects . Proven success in a Project Executive or Senior PM leadership role . Deep knowledge of

processes, inspections, and compliance. Strong network within the Bay Area healthcare construction market. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and teams. Excellent leadership, financial acumen, and business development skills.

$190,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
