This position supervises addiction services staff, ensures quality and compliant service delivery, coordinates client care, monitors documentation and outcomes, and develops community partnerships. The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, recovery-oriented , and experienced in serving individuals with substance use, mental health, re-entry, and other complex needs.
Required:
Current Colorado Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) Or Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) credential in good standing.
Preferred:
3+ years of SUD experience, supervisory/program management experience, and familiarity with Colorado behavioral health requirements, Medicaid, ASAM, and electronic health records. Join TDLBC and help lead services that support recovery, stability, and lasting change. erview
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
