Heavy phone contact and data entry to document interactions. Must have accurate data entry, able to work in very fast-paced organization and provide outstanding customer service. Some knowledge of healthcare, healthcare billing and Assist clients telephonically by reviewing service needs and assigning providers. Answer calls and assist care managers with thorough documentation of contacts. Entry level position provides a strong introduction to case management for the right applicant. Highly organized, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with older adults a plus; bilingual encouraged. Full time (37.5 hours/week) Includes health, dental, life insurance, 403-B retirement plan and generous Paid Time Off.
