00 per hour Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a leading professional healthcare association, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:
  • Manage grant-funded nursing programs, educational products, and member resources from planning through implementation and evaluation
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, vendors, subject matter experts, and grant partners
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure initiatives stay aligned with goals, budgets, and timelines
  • Support project reporting, financial tracking, operational processes, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, marketing support, and customer support for assigned programs
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, nursing, medical, or public health experience preferred
  • PMP certification highly desirable
  • 3+ years of project management and administrative experience
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Point, and project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
