IMMEDIATE NEED
  • Dynamic Private Duty Home Health agency is looking for a positive & outgoing Bi-lingual English/Spanish Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator for our fast expanding Home Health Care agency in Port Charlotte. We cover North Port, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte & Venice areas.
  • This position is an in-office position
  • it is not a remote position.
Salary Range:
$20/hour to $24/hour based on experience

Requirements:
1 year patient scheduling experience in a home care office setting Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required 1 year experience in HHAeXchange software is a PLUS A customer-oriented approach is essential Positive attitude with ability to work in a fast paced environment High School diploma Excellent organization, planning & project management skills Valid driver's license Flexibility and good time management is a must Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Superior customer service Professional attitude Good Time Management skills Serious applicants only Responsibilities of position: Support and use all technology tools and resources to ensure proper business processes Assist with onboarding of new caregivers Collection of caregiver HR credentials Schedule staff to meet client care needs Assigned staff are properly trained and available as needed Ensure care and staff coverage 24/7 to meet the needs of our clients and protect brand standards We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class
