Job Description
Integritas Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Healthcare IT Project Manager to support a major healthcare organization in Chicago. This role will lead complex healthcare technology, clinical improvement, and operational transformation initiatives involving IT, clinical leadership, nursing, finance, vendors, and executive stakeholders. Candidates must have at least 5 years of healthcare administration/project-management experience and at least 2 years supporting clinical quality or process-improvement initiatives within a teaching-hospital environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in healthcare administration and/or project management . Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience facilitating clinical quality-improvement initiatives in a teaching-hospital environment . Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Project or a comparable project-management tool . Lean Six Sigma training or certification. Strong knowledge of project-management practices including scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, and dependency management. Experience working across clinical, operational, business, technical, and executive stakeholder groups. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects at different stages of execution. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Must be available to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois . Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. PMP or CAPM certification. Healthcare quality and/or patient-safety certification. Knowledge of Joint Commission requirements. Healthcare finance experience. Experience leading change within a complex healthcare organization.
