In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise care teams, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and promote exceptional patient care. Your leadership will empower Caregivers to deliver compassionate, efficient, and personalized home health services that meet the diverse needs of our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring specialized care in their homes. Duties Supervise and manage homecare caregivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and healthcare standards Coordinate patient assessments, intakes, and scheduling. Ensure compliance with all state healthcare regulations, HIPAA privacy standards, and long-term care regulations Conduct caregiver inservice training as needed. Conducts clients ' home visitation and wellbeing checks. Report any incidents to Case managers. Conduct weekly case management. Ensures EVV (HHAExchange) compliance Experience Two years caregiver supervisory experience. Possess a valid driver's license and driving experience. Minimum High school diploma with resume. Ability and proficient in computer, and applications e.g. docs, spreadsheets, e.tc.
