Sevita is seeking a Day Program Manager to lead daily operations of a community-based program serving individuals with diverse abilities. In this role, you will oversee person-centered services, supervise and coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. You will coordinate individualized care plans, collaborate with families and care teams, and monitor outcomes to improve quality. The manager will track program budgets, maintain documentation, and support a positive, inclusive culture that empowers participants to reach their goals.
