Job Description

Nutrition Program Manager Position Overview We are seeking a full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Nutrition Program Manager. This position oversees the comprehensive Title IIIC Nutrition Program, which provides nutritious meals in community dining settings and delivers Meals on Wheels to eligible homebound individuals. Required Qualifications Candidates must have a college degree and at least three years of experience in human services or a non-profit setting. A minimum of two years of supervisory experience and one year of managerial experience is required. Candidates must also demonstrate computer proficiency, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete an extensive background check. Preferred Experience Experience in food service, program development, and program evaluation is preferred. Experience building relationships and partnerships within the local community is also preferred. Key Skills and Competencies The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; maintain accurate records; demonstrate strong attention to detail; document information clearly; and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. The candidate must also be able to take initiative and work independently.
Non-negotiable Salary:
$82,017 - $83,031 annually
Hiring Bonus:
$1,000, awarded half at 120 days and half at one year.
