Job Description
Who We Are NeuroCare Home Health provides one-on-one private duty care for individuals with spinal cord injuries and complex neurological conditions. We're a high-acuity, mission-driven organization — and our Scheduling Coordinators are at the center of everything we do. The Role This is a hands-on, fast-moving coordination position. You'll own scheduling operations, respond to real-time staffing challenges, and keep our caregivers and clients connected and covered every day. Schedule Full-time, 32-40 hours per week Primarily second-shift hours (12:00 PM-8:00 PM) Schedule varies by day — not all shifts will be noon to 8 Every-other-weekend on-call from home (paid stipend + hourly for active time) What You'll Own Fill open shifts and manage real-time schedule changes Coordinate caregiver availability, call-offs, and time-off requests Communicate updates to caregivers, clients, and families Support recruiting — candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and occasional evening interviews Document after-hours activity and staffing updates What We're Looking For Strong communicator who's comfortable making a high volume of phone calls Organized, calm under pressure, and able to make quick decisions Dependable — second-shift reliability is essential Healthcare, staffing, scheduling, or customer service background preferred — but we'll train the right person Compensation & Benefits Additional hourly pay for active after-hours work Every-other-weekend on-call stipend Full benefits package including health, dental & vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off Real growth path into healthcare operations and leadership Apply today and help keep quality care running smoothly — for caregivers and clients alike.
