Job Description

Job Overview Join Our Team as an Assistant Program Manager at Our Adult Foster Care Home! Are you a compassionate leader who thrives in a team-focused environment? As an Assistant Program Manager , you'll play a vital role in overseeing daily operations at our Adult Foster Care home, assisting our Program Manager in ensuring residents and staff receive the support they need to thrive. What You'll Do:
Audit the progress notes on a weekly basis to ensure that staff is properly filling out all forms. Maintain resident personal charts including filing forms generated through daily activity and monthly forms. Changeover progress notes, chore logs, and medication logs each month. Update these forms with any changes as needed. Make sure that forms used by staff members are in adequate supply for their usage. Weigh residents on a monthly basis. Update medication sheets when med changes have occurred. Monitor inventory of paper products and cleaning supplies used within the home. Assist in the training and orientation of newly hired employees Set up monthly meal menu Assist with shopping as needed. Carry out duties of direct care staff Act, speak, and dress in a professional manner at all times while in the home. What You Need to
Succeed:
High school diploma or GED. Computer skills. At least two years of experience working with vulnerable adults in a home care, institutional, or community setting—or completion of an approved direct care worker training program. Previous experience preferred. A passion for teamwork, problem-solving, and ensuring excellent care.
Requirements:
Must be in good physical health and provide results from a physical exam. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
