Mayo Clinic seeks a Prosthesis Supply and Inventory Coordinator to ensure accurate, timely availability of prosthetic devices supporting surgical and rehabilitation care. In this onsite role, you will manage ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of prostheses, track usage and costs, and maintain precise inventory records. You'll collaborate closely with surgeons, clinical teams, and vendors, monitor product integrity and regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements that support Mayo Clinic's patient-first, team-based, and innovation-focused mission. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day prosthesis inventory levels to support surgical schedules and patient needs. Coordinate ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of prosthetic devices and related supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records, usage tracking, and cycle counts to minimize stockouts and overstock. Collaborate with surgeons, clinical teams, and vendors to ensure correct products, sizes, and specifications are available. Monitor expiration dates, recalls, and product integrity in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Optimize inventory processes using data analysis and inventory management systems. Support cost-containment initiatives while maintaining quality and patient safety. Prepare reports on usage, costs, and trends for leadership and supply chain teams.
