Job Description Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financial performance. Lead project teams including Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field operations. Manage up to two active projects simultaneously. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and proactively resolve challenges. Review and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations. Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business. Support successful project delivery while mentoring junior team members. The Successful Applicant 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction. Proven ability to manage projects valued at $15M+. Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred. Experience leading project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Strong budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost-control skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
