Job Description:
This role is essentially a contract Process & Workflow Program Manager for a 503B pharmaceutical outsourcing facility that has already identified 86 operational and quality findings and designed 21 workflows containing 209 detailed steps, but now needs a highly organized, persistent person to drive implementation. The ideal contractor would run structured workshops with the CEO, maintain a tightly controlled master register, capture corrections and action items accurately, relentlessly follow up with named owners until work is completed and evidenced, manage 12 missing inputs, coordinate with a workflow/QMS platform vendor, and ensure processes are signed off before implementation. The client is looking less for a traditional quality expert or strategist and more for an exceptional programme/project manager with strong life sciences, regulated manufacturing, process mapping, document control, QMS implementation, and stakeholder-management experience, particularly someone comfortable holding people accountable and reporting directly to senior leadership.
