Job Description

O Neill Healthcare North Olmsted is currently seeking a Med Records/Central Supply Coordinator to join our team! This is a Monday through Friday position, splitting time as an STNA/PCA and Med Recs/Central Supply O'Neill Healthcare is committed to providing the finest health care services at our six facilities in Cleveland's west side communities and to maintaining a sincere, respectful concern for each and every one of our residents. Our six west side facilities provide seniors with the diverse, personal, and quality care they need. Our facilities range from Independent Living to Alzheimer's care to outpatient services.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Provide supportive care to residents by ensuring proper levels of supplies are maintained. Pull ancillary charges from resident charts and prepare monthly billing. Organize stock rooms. Prepare discharge summaries. Make copies of charts, as needed. Assist with telephone calls. Other jobs as assigned by the Administrator.
Required Experience:
Licensed STNA in Ohio Experience in all aspects of office procedures: typing, filing, telephone manner, etc. Must enjoy working with the elderly and possess the ability to work well with others. Must be in good health, with no lifting restrictions, neat and clean. Must project a positive attitude.
