Job Description

Job Overview Join our team as a Healthcare Management Assistant/Intern! This paid position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare administration, operations, workforce management, and client support. You will work closely with our leadership team to manage N-Able Healthcare operations as the company grows. Responsibilities Assist with clinic implementation and technology delivery Transporting and Shipping PCs used for clinics Wiping PCs and Installing proprietary software Assisting leadership team with various administrative tasks Creating marketing material using laser etcher and other print hardware (training provided) Assisting with onboarding new team members within our HR system Assisting sales and implementation teams with onboarding and managing clients Ideal Qualifications Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a healthcare administration, public health, or related healthcare program Has a car for personal transportation as well as picking up/dropping off of items Capable of carrying ~50 pounds up and down multiple flights of stairs on occasion Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient and comfortable with technology systems Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn about healthcare management practices and policies This opportunity provides valuable exposure to the healthcare industry while supporting your professional growth.
