Preschool Cook / Health & Wellness Coordinator - Full-Time We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Preschool Cook / Health & Wellness Coordinator to join our award-winning preschool! This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no nights or weekends. Our Preschool Cook / Health & Wellness Coordinator plays an important role in keeping our children healthy, well-fed, and cared for while maintaining a clean and organized school environment. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the preschool kitchen Prepare and serve meals and snacks to multiple classrooms Follow all food allergies, dietary restrictions, and individual meal requirements Create monthly menus Complete food and supply orders Receive and unload weekly food deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen Assist with cleaning and sanitizing common areas, including restrooms Follow all health, sanitation, and food-safety requirements Occasionally assist in classrooms as needed Work closely with school leadership and teaching staff to ensure children's nutritional needs are met What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has experience as a cook, preschool cook, childcare cook, or in food preparation/nutrition. Experience working with young children is a plus. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience preparing and serving meals. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, takes initiative, and understands the importance of attention to detail. A passion for food and nutrition and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families are essential.
