An established restoration company is looking for an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex healthcare and commercial restoration projects throughout the U.S. This is a high-level field leadership role for someone who can manage complex projects, lead teams, work directly with hospital personnel and key stakeholders, and respond quickly when major losses occur.

• What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience in mitigation and construction Experience with healthcare restoration and ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) Proven project management and team leadership experience Strong knowledge of restoration/construction practices Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, schedules, and job costs Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Restoration or construction industry certifications preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record•Compensation & Benefits $70,000•80,000 salary $1000 monthly allowance•What You'll Do Lead complex healthcare and commercial restoration projects from mobilization through completion.

Lead site visits and coordinate with hospital administration, facility management, infection control, adjusters, consultants, and clients Develop and enforce ICRA plans and containment protocols Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and change orders Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers and field personnel Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, labor, equipment, materials, lodging, transportation, and other logistics Serve as the primary client contact on complex, high-value projects Oversee project documentation, job costing, invoices, and financial reporting Make critical decisions regarding project approach, resources, and risk management

TRAVEL & AVAILABILITY

This position requires 24/7/365 emergency response availability . Travel may reach 90% during active large-loss events , with deployments potentially lasting several weeks to months. Weekend and holiday work may be required. #
