Full Job Description Position Summary:
The HGB Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the HGB Program across participating clinic locations. This leadership role ensures operational excellence, quality assurance, staff development, compliance with Medicare guidelines, and successful implementation of company initiatives. The Supervisor serves as the primary operational leader for the program, working closely with staff, Wellness Coordinators, Quality Assurance personnel, and leadership to ensure exceptional patient experiences and consistent program performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day HGB Program operations. Supervise Quality Assurance and Patient Eligibility/Wellness Coordinator staff. Monitor program performance, workflow efficiency, and quality metrics. Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and company policies. Conduct regular clinic visits throughout Texas. Provide coaching training and feedback to team members. Review operational reports and develop performance improvement initiatives. Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze program performance and produce operational reports. Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives. Support implementation of new clinics, workflows, and operational processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues within the HGB Program.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting. Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience. Minimum 1 year of experience working with Medicare metrics and clinical guidelines. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. General knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound and preventive screening services. Ability to travel regularly throughout Texas. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
Experience leading multi-site healthcare operations. Experience with EMR/EHR systems. Project management experience. Healthcare quality improvement experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
$24.00-$28.00 per hour Part-Time position with opportunity to transition to Full-Time. Mileage reimbursement for approved travel. Leadership development opportunities.
