$90,000•150,000 Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee healthcare capital projects from planning through construction, activation, and closeout. This individual will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong healthcare construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Manage healthcare capital projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, activation, and project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and healthcare stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project meetings and provide executive-level status reports to clients and leadership. Administer contracts, consultant agreements, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project objectives. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance. Coordinate FF&E procurement, medical equipment installation, occupancy planning, and facility activation. Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, infection prevention protocols, and Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM). Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service. Support procurement activities and contractor selection processes. Foster collaboration, accountability, and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred. 10+ years of project management experience within construction, architecture, engineering, or capital project delivery. Demonstrated experience managing healthcare construction or healthcare capital improvement projects. Strong knowledge of healthcare construction practices, infection prevention requirements, and ILSM protocols. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Ability to travel to project sites and work safely within active healthcare environments. Preferred Experience Hospital renovations and expansions. Medical office buildings and outpatient healthcare facilities. Occupied healthcare renovations requiring infection control planning. Facility activation, move management, and medical equipment coordination. Owner's Representative or Program Management consulting experience.
