Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift | $20-$25/hr A growing healthcare services organization in Dodge County is seeking a Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our office team. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
You'll become an important point of connection between our clients, families, employees, and office team. Coordinating daily client schedules and staffing Building strong relationships with clients, families, and employees Troubleshooting scheduling and staffing challenges Responding quickly and professionally when priorities change Communicating by phone, email, and in person Supporting new client onboarding and service coordination Conducting client follow-up and assisting with quality assurance Maintaining accurate documentation and office records Collaborating with the office team to keep operations running smoothly Identifying ways to improve processes, communication, and efficiency You'll Likely Thrive in
