Responsibilities:
Market to established retirement communities through inbound/outbound calls and email Schedule patients for clinic visits in their retirement community Interview patients' families to get them involved with their parents' hearing health Set follow-up appointment with patient, family, and our provider to encourage hearing treatment Process patient intake and treatment paperwork Communicate with community staff for referrals
Qualifications:
Experience in Sales/Marketing, particularly within the healthcare industry, is helpful. Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with seniors, ensuring they feel heard and understood. Proven track record of building trust and long-term relationships with clients, focusing on their best interests. Strong problem-solving skills to help patients make informed decisions about their hearing health. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, contributing to our hearing rehab team. Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring personalized care and attention. Excellent Communicator. Highly Influential through calm, clear communication. Understand the emotions and Psychology of the hearing impaired. Understand how technology works, backed by your TEAM. Are at the top of your team now.
