The company focuses on delivering personalized hearing care directly to customers, including convenient in-home appointments and professional hearing solutions. About the Role We are seeking a California-Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our growing team in a primarily sales-focused field position . You will conduct scheduled in-home appointments , provide basic hearing aid fitting support, educate customers, and close sales. AudioTech provides the qualified leads, CRM, hearing-test equipment, and audio equipment , while a lead coordinator handles prospect calls and schedules appointments. Responsibilities Attend scheduled in-home customer appointments. Conduct basic hearing aid fittings and product demonstrations. Build relationships with customers and understand their hearing needs. Present appropriate hearing solutions and close sales. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM. Provide a professional and positive customer experience. Qualifications Active California Hearing Aid Dispenser License required. Proven sales experience, preferably in hearing healthcare or a related field. Basic hearing aid fitting knowledge and skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently in a field-based role. Experience working with older adults is preferred.
