Job Description

Our award-winning practice is looking to add to our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional who is committed to providing the highest level of customer care and a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic team. We're seeking an individual who is personable and naturally friendly, detail oriented, bright and inquisitive, and an excellent communicator. The audiology assistant will keep a fast pace under the supervision of a licensed audiologist, performing selected tasks in patient assessment and working with hearing aids and other amplification systems.
Job responsibilities:
Understand the hearing aid function and provide cleaning, maintenance and repair service Manage hearing aid orders, repairs, and supplies Meet with patients to perform hearing aid cleanings and service Fits earmolds and assists with orientation, adjustments, questions or problems Communicate with patients in proper care and use of hearing aids and assist patients with financing applications Maintain supplies and appearance in patient rooms
Qualifications:
High School Diploma Two (2) years-experience working in a healthcare office preferred Excellent customer service skills and a professional and friendly demeanor Must be able to organize time and prioritize numerous duties within strict deadlines. Demonstrates genuine patient concern and respect through interactions on phone, walk ins and appointments Likes Fast Paced environment
