We're looking for a full-time Hearing Instrument Specialist who is passionate about helping people hear their best and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients. You'll work as part of a supportive team alongside audiologists, physicians, and other hearing healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care. You will:

Conduct hearing evaluations and clearly explain results to patients Recommend and fit hearing aids based on each patient's hearing needs, lifestyle, and goals Educate patients about hearing technology, pricing, benefits, and expected outcomes Provide ongoing counseling, adjustments, troubleshooting, and follow-up care to support long-term patient success Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, and other members of the care team Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is passionate about hearing healthcare, enjoys connecting with patients, and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.
