Histology Associate Location:

Tucson, AZ Schedule:

1st Shift hours, Mon-Fri from 7:30-4:00pm. Overtime is available, but not required.

Pay Rate:

$25-$27/hour, based on experience 1 year contract with potential for extension and/or permanent placement Weekly pay and healthcare benefits The Opportunity Prepare tissue samples for microscopic examination Operate and maintain histology laboratory equipment Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory standards Assist pathologists with specimen analysis Follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines Required Qualifications 0-5 years of histology experience Highschool diploma or GED is required Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities Knowledge of industry best practices Well suited candidates are quick learners and self-starters Preferred Qualifications Histotechnician or Histotechnologist certification Previous lab experience preferred Certification in histotechnology preferred #TMN
