To join our team, you must be HT or
HTL ASCP
certified, and Florida licensed, with the ability to precisely and accurately perform a variety of routine and specialized histology techniques. We are looking for a positive and eager team player. This is an in-person, full-time position. New, licensed grads are welcome! Job Description Prepare tissue samples by fixing, staining, dying, trimming, and other methods. Identify and document technical issues, quality assurance, and procedural improvements. Use, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment, and keep a clean, disinfected work space. Receive, log, and document patient specimens and accompanying forms. Qualifications The person should be certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists as a histotechnician or histotechnologist. Experience working in a lab is almost always a must, as this is a critical part of the job. For new grads with positive attitudes and eagerness to learn, we will gladly assist in training.

9am - 5:30pm, preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years current Histology experience (Preferred) May take newer, licensed candidates under 2 years of experience Mohs Surgery experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Education:
AS/BS in Biological/Physical Sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certifications/Licenses:
HT or
HTL ASCP
