Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Histotechnologist in a Pathology Laboratory ASCP Certification (HT or HTL) required Successful completion of a formal Histology Technologist training program or an Associate's degree in

Chemical, Physical, or Biological Sciences Job Responsibilities:

Receive and accession surgical pathology specimens into Cerner Collect tissue blocks from Pathologists/Pathologist Assistants Process, embed, section, and stain tissue specimens Prepare high-quality slides for microscopic examination Work within the Pathology, Cytology, and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) laboratory Maintain quality standards and follow laboratory protocols
